Customers are responsible for the safe storage of our products, including protecting them from access or consumption by other individuals. Selling, gifting, or otherwise providing our products to another party is strictly prohibited. Always keep products away from pets and minors.
In rare cases, a customer may experience an allergic reaction from handling kratom. Any such reaction should be reported to us, and the product should be discarded immediately. Customers should handle our products carefully to minimize the risk of an allergic reaction, and we recommend performing a small skin test prior to extended handling.
Key Herbals is not liable for any consequences resulting from misuse of our products, including misuse related to consumption. The customer is solely responsible for any misuse of the product, whether by themselves or by a third party who obtains the product from them.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws and regulations of their own state and country regarding kratom. Key Herbals will not knowingly ship to any country or state where kratom is illegal; however, it remains the sole responsibility of the buyer to be informed of and comply with local laws.
Customers are responsible for any duties or tariffs incurred upon importation of our products. If a customer refuses to pay applicable duties or tariffs and the product is returned to us as a result, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping charges, including return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.
